In 2024, we saw a gap—a missing piece in the youth girls’ basketball scene in our city. Talent was there, passion was there, but the opportunities? Limited. So, we stepped up.

Coming from different walks of life, we all understood the importance of grassroots programs. We know what it’s like to come up through the ranks, to grind without the right exposure, to feel overlooked. That’s why we put our hearts, sacrifice, and soul into building something real—a program that not only develops skills but also opens doors.

This is bigger than basketball. It’s about creating a pipeline, a path for the next generation of inner-city athletes to get seen, get opportunities, and get to the next level. We filled a need, and now, we’re growing something that will last.
